Registration for Char Dham Yatra 2025 is mandatory. You can do this registration both online and offline. Registration for the Yatra is done by Uttarakhand Tourism Department. Without registration, no traveler will be allowed to visit the Dham.

You will have to fill the form by going to the official website.
Aadhaar card or any valid ID proof will have to be submitted.
After registration, a Yatri Pass will be received which will be verified at every Dham.

Different types of fees are charged for registration of Kedarnath Yatra which depends on the mode of travel.
Normal registration: Rs50 – Rs100
Helicopter booking fees: Rs2000 – Rs8000 (one way)
Palki/Dandi charges: Rs4000 – Rs7000
Pony/Mule charges: Rs2000 – Rs5000
4. Yamunotri to Gangotri Distance
The distance from Yamunotri to Gangotri is approximately 227 km. The journey can be done by bus, taxi or private vehicle. There are many beautiful hilly areas and rivers on this route which make the journey even more pleasant.
5. Kedarnath to Badrinath Distance
The distance from Kedarnath to Badrinath is 218 km. This journey is covered by road and trekking. You can get shared taxi or bus facility from Haridwar, Rishikesh and Joshimath.
