The most diversified population in India may be found in Mumbai, the City of Dreams, which is also where many fantastic experiences can be had. There are many things to do in Mumbai, including attending an arts festival, visiting unusual cafes, participating in lavish events (like Ganesh Chaturthi), and attending music festivals where you may see Coldplay live.

But there are some sights and events you simply must see if you’re in the city the next month. Consequently, we’ve put up a list of activities to do in Mumbai in February. To make a note for your calendar, read on.

1. Go to the distinctive and vibrant Kala Ghoda Arts Festival.

Kala Ghoda Arts Festival.

You must not miss the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival (located in the area of the same name), one of the biggest cosmopolitan festivals. The nine-day festival, which features dance acts, musical performances, and interesting plays, is typically overrun with children and frequently features celebrity guest appearances. Furthermore, the festival has no entrance fee.

When: 2–10, 2019

Entry Fee: Nothing

2. At the Sula Fest in Nashik, try some fine wine.

One of the trendiest activities in the Mumbai area is this. Who doesn’t enjoy sipping great wine while watching a stunning sunset? The event, which is held at the renowned Sula Vineyards in Nashik, India’s wine capital, provides you with the unique pairing of fine wine and calming music. Sasha, Diatonik, Ankytrixx, Nikhil Chinapa, Shankar Mahadevan, and Malfnktion, among others, are anticipated to perform at this year’s fest.

When: February 2–3 of 2019.

Entry fee: INR 2800 to start

3. Dance to the hottest tunes at the Bandra Mahindra Blues Festival

While the Global Citizen Festival has some of the most well-known acts and artists (we’re looking at you, Coldplay), the Mahindra Blues Festival is the one music festival you should unquestionably spend money on. Beth Hart, Brandon Santini, Arinjoy Trio, and other musicians will perform at this year’s edition. Make sure to purchase your tickets in advance for the festival, which takes place in the upscale Bandra neighborhoods and draws a sizable crowd. After all, one of the nicest things to do in Mumbai at night is to attend a dance or music festival.

When: February 9–10, 2019

Entry Fee: 1200 INR or less

4. Consume Craft Beer at Mahalaxmi Race Course’s Tapped.

The sixth edition of Tapped, one of the largest craft beer, food, and music events, will take place in Mumbai. Treat yourself to a day where you relax on the lawn and sample freshly brewed craft beer from the best brewers in the nation (50+). There will also be many food stands selling delicious snacks to go along with this. There will, of course, be live performances to keep you entertained.

When: February 10, 2019

entry charge

INR 499

5. Have a romantic dinner date with your partner at a rooftop cafe.

Last but not least, Mumbai is a great place to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Picture yourself and your partner having a private discussion on a rooftop with the Arabian Sea in the background. Does this seem like your ideal date night or something you have in mind for your significant other? Visit any of the restaurants listed below and reserve a table for two.

Therefore, feel free to reserve a spot at any of the arts festivals if you enjoy art and other types of odd monuments. Or, if deviating from your vacation to Mumbai won’t be an issue, do go to the wine festival. Of course, Mumbai offers a wide range of additional activities. There is practically no entire list, whether it be enjoying its street food or partying the night away in its upscale clubs. Please let us know if there is anything we missed. Until then, have fun traveling!
